Orders shipped on clients\' account will incur a handling fee.
Expedited shipping will incur additional charges and will be shipped via our preferred shipper, FedEx Air. Standard shipping is FedEx Ground service unless prior arrangements have been made with BIGbanners , customer service. Mag test and approval prints shipped by air (rated by service requested).
Insuring your order?
Customers should consider insurance for the value amount of your order. Shipping companies only provide insurance coverage in the amount of $100 per shipment in case of loss or damage in transit. Our shipping rates do not include any additional insurance for your order. We urge our customers to insure their order to cover the cost of replacement. The additional cost is very reasonable and is actual cost by our shipping provider.
